What's it like to work with Lore?
While Lore earned their Certified Personal Trainer certification through the NSCA and has achieved many advanced embodiment-related certifications, your time with Lore will be different from any previous experience you may have had with personal trainers or other embodiment-related professionals in the past.
Their focus on empowered embodiment and consent means that your holistic needs will guide the entire process, rather than the prescriptive (and all too often ableist and sizeist) approach of many embodiment-related professionals.
Their role as an embodiment navigator means that you are always the one in control of defining the destination that you wish to move towards, as well as the pace of the work; Lore is there to lend their extensive experience towards helping you chart a course that will work for you.
