FAQ
I saw the sliding price scale above. What will my cost be?
For all customer orders, there must be a labor rate set at the onset of the contract. Your final price will also include all supplies used throughout the process of custom creation as well as the time I spend procuring said items. Your estimate is just that, an estimate.
What will be on my invoice?
Your initial invoice will include an itemization of supplies, estimated labor hours, taxes, and estimated shipping; the actual shipping cost will be charged or credited at completion. Upon completion, you will get an updated invoice that specifies the exact final cost. Your item will not ship until your invoice is paid in full.
What do you mean by "estimated labor hours"?
I do my best to give accurate labor hour counts, but sometimes things do not go as planned. I will always be upfront and transparent throughout the entire process, especially if it becomes clear that the initial estimate was inadequate for the labor a project will require. Please know that you are responsible for payment of all labor hours above the estimated amount.
What are your payment terms?
Custom orders require 50% down payment upfront and the rest of the invoice upon completion. The invoice is done through a live link, so you can make payments on it at any time throughout the process.
How long will I have to wait for my custom piece?
Any custom items have a 4-6 week turn-around period from the date that your contract is signed.
