Suggested books re: food justice and community resilience
This list of non-fiction books is intended to complement the issues raised in my recent post regarding challenges of improving community-level food access while existing in a capitalist hellscape.
It is not an inclusive list of all books related to food justice: additional suggestions are welcome!
List ordered by alphabetized by authors’ last names.
Wherever possible, links are to the books’ pages on Bookshop, which allows your purchase to support the Noire Reading Room. When a book is not available through Bookshop, a link to the book on Better World Books or Thriftbooks is provided instead.
You can also check for them through your local library and library apps such as Libby and SimplyE.
